Terms and Conditions:

Our lifetime guarantee covers all product made from our new factory based in Vietnam - which is product purchased from the years 2020. Product made prior is not covered under this warranty.

Proof of Purchase: To qualify for the lifetime guarantee, please retain your proof of purchase in the form of a receipt or other acceptable documentation.

Coverage: This guarantee encompasses defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and maintenance. It does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, or alterations to the original product.

Repair or Replacement: If your Wooden Anamalz Toy is found to have a defect covered by this guarantee, we'll repair or replace it, at our discretion, free of charge. If the exact product is unavailable, we'll provide a suitable replacement of equal value.

How to Claim: To make a claim under this guarantee, please contact our customer service team at info@anamalz.com. You'll need to provide proof of purchase and details of the defect. Upon verification, we'll arrange for the repair or replacement of your toy.

Shipping: While the customer is responsible for shipping costs for returning the product to us (if required), we'll cover the shipping costs for sending the repaired or replacement product back to you.

Transferability: This guarantee is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the Wooden Anamalz Toy.

Exclusions: Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or damage caused by improper care or handling are not covered under this guarantee.

Modification of Terms: We reserve the right to modify or terminate this guarantee at any time, without prior notice. However, any claims made prior to such modifications or terminations will be honored under the terms in effect at the time of purchase.

What is Your Return Policy?

You have 30 days after receiving your product to return it, provided it's in re-sellable condition: new, unopened, and in its original packaging. Damaged items or those returned in the retail packaging may not be eligible for a full refund. For defective products, please contact info@anamalz.com for assistance instead of returning them.

Once we receive your return, we'll initiate the refund process, and you can expect the credit within 14 business days. Please note that your bank may require additional time to post the transaction to your account. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
