What's covered:
We cover manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship — even ones that only show up through everyday play — on any Anamalz made from 2020 onwards. If it was made wrong, we'll make it right.

What's not covered:
Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, and general misuse aren't covered — think of those as the honourable scars of a well-loved toy. (Pre-2020 Anamalz sit outside the guarantee too.)

How to claim:
Spotted a defect? Email us at info@anamalz.com with your proof of purchase, a short description of the issue, and a photo. We'll take a look and arrange a replacement.
